QA TESTER


Skillset Requirements:
	REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Ability to analyze requirements and development test scenarios Ability to develop detailed step by steps test cases and expected results Ability to document test cases that are stand-alone in nature (i.e. comprehensive to be leveraged by others) Ability to execute test cases and perform validation against expected results Documentation of test anomalies in test defect tool (i.e. step by step instructions of action) for ‘solutioning’ Tooling – HP Quality Center (Test Defect Management, Test Case Documentation, Quick Test Professional (QTP – automation). Strong written and communication skills. Ability to work in time bound dynamic situations. Ability to collaborate and work well with others (i.e. App Development to solution manage). Familiarity with automation scripting techniques to follow Test Automation Lead direction Ability to identify automation test case candidates or regression processing and future retention Ability to proactively communicate constraints to impact deliverables. Ability to work autonomously with minimal day to day interaction (i.e. due to remote location). Ability to be flexible to support PST hours as appropriate. Full-Time positions available.

SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER (BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST)


Skillset Requirements:
	Perform regression testing for RQA software releases Participate in assessment of requirements for the creation of Test Plans and Test Cases Develop, execute, and assess Test Plans and Test Cases for verifying function, validating look and feel, and ensuring data integrity of all of store systems Establish the physical testing environment including hardware and data Prepare and deliver the appropriate test findings including the creation of Defect Logs and Defect Reports Review technical, implementation, training and support documentation for appropriateness Coordinate the testing cycle with different teams (cross-cultural) and in different time zones through communication technology or live meeting REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in any IT related courses At least 2 years IT work experience such as Testing, Programming/Support, or Data Processing. QA and Testing experience high priority.
